What age are Sip & Snap™ cups designed for? Our cups are generally suitable for babies 6 months and up, though every child develops at their own pace. We always recommend parental supervision and consulting your pediatrician if you have questions about your child's readiness.

Are your cups BPA-free and food safe? Yes! All Sip & Snap™ cups are FDA-approved and made with safe, food-grade materials. Your child's health and safety are our top priority.
Are the cups dishwasher safe? Absolutely! Our cups are 100% dishwasher safe. No disassembly needed — toss them in and go. Note: For the flip-down On-the-Go cup, place it in the dishwasher in the open position with the spout facing up for best results.
Is the On-the-Go Flip Cup suitable for individuals with swallowing difficulties or cleft conditions? Yes! The On-the-Go Flip Cup is an excellent option for individuals with swallowing difficulties, dysphagia, or cleft lip and palate conditions. The firm spout provides controlled flow without requiring suction, making it easier and safer for those who struggle with traditional cups or sippy cups. Its handle-free, lightweight design also makes it ideal for individuals with limited grip strength or motor challenges. Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Processing may take longer during major US holidays.
How long will shipping take? We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US? At this time, our online store ships to all 50 US states only. However, international buyers and companies are welcome! For orders of 300+ units, custom orders including custom printing and packaging, or international inquiries, please visit our Wholesale page or email us directly at info@sipandsnap.com. We partner with businesses, hospitals, schools, nonprofits, childcare centers, and organizations worldwide — we'd love to work with you!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A $6 return shipping label fee applies. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please email us at info@sipandsnap.com to initiate a return.
Holiday Return Extension: Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
What if my item arrived damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sipandsnap.com with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right!
