Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order has been processed, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sipandsnap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
