3. Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Product Colors & Appearance: We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen resolution, and photography lighting. These variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return.

6. Returns & Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on our 30-day return policy and $6 return label fee.
Holiday Return Extension: Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
7. Intellectual Property: All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Sip & Snap™ and may not be reproduced without written permission. Our product designs are patented.
8. Limitation of Liability: Sip & Snap™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
10. Age recommendations: Provided on our website and products are general guidelines only. Parents and caregivers should use their own judgment and consult a pediatrician regarding the suitability of any product for their child. Sip & Snap™ shall not be liable for any issues arising from use outside of recommended age guidelines.
