Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.  Processing times may be extended during major US holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address: We ship from Fallbrook, California. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
